If you want to attach a poem with the notice, you must send us a poem
A confirmed receipt or reference number after you made the payment

The information about the tribute notice is need to be in typed in a document or write clearly in a white piece of paper and scan that paper to send us via e-mail

If you do not have Scan & Fax facilities, please make use of our new telephone service to read and record the information. Contact us if you need any help with this matter
How long is needed to publish?
Tribute notice must reach us before 24 hours of publishing time
In case, if you want us to publish the notice in a quick time, the notice will get to publish within 5 hours from the time when all the information such as payment and the photo has reached us. Once the work is less, the minimum publishing time will be within 30 minutes
Based on the securtiy purposes, we will only publish the notice when the person who wants to publish the information has confirmed us their personal details
If any of the personal details does not match when we required, there will be delay in publishing the notice
How to Change?
After published, if you need to change or edit any of the information, the person who has given us the information before must contact us and tell us the changes
We will send a Security number to the person who has given us the information to his mail ID, once we recognised the same Security number from your side; we will be able to change any of the information
If not, you must send us what changes you want to make from the mail ID you have used before to send the information
We will not change the information even if you seek help from the person who has sent us the information earlier on
If your person detail has been mentioned in the earlier form only, you will be able to change what you want. Therefore, make sure you get the form from the person who has published the information earlier on and fill it
We will not edit or change any of your personal designs notice; therfore will only change it if we had correct changes of design
Want to increase the publishing days or re-publish?
Contact us to increase the publishing days or re-publish your current notice
We will allow minumum 2 days and maximum any days to increase the publishing days
Even if your notice days have been expired, we will allow you tore-publish the notice. If your notice has been stopped for any reasons and you want to re-publish the same notice, we will re-publish the notice in a quick time once the payment has been made

We will not allow any advertisement in the notice
We will not allow you to give any of your web site links or mail ID in the notice
The information related to the notice will only get to publish, no other information will be added with the notice
If the notice is your personal design, we will not edit, change or add any other information to that particular design
We will not guarantee that your personal designed notice will get to publish exactly in the same way as it will be changed if it is required
Your personal designed notice will get to publish only when it is fitted all the requirements for our site or else we will publish the usual design for your notice
If you identify any spelling mistakes on your published notice, contact us to correct the mistakes
The person who is giving us the notice personal’s details must always clear when we required, if the you cannot confirm the personal details, we will not accept the notice

The notice may be delayed if we faced any technical issues in publishing the notice
If our site has stopped working properly or any issues in running the site or your notice is not displaying for the days, we will increase the extra days to publish for free
When you are increasing the days for your notice, your earlier payment or days will not be count. For example, if you made payment before 2 days, then increased the notice for 4 days, it does not mean you will have the facilities for 6 days
